PAYMENT FOR MEETING ATTENDANCE. 17.01 When the Employer requires an employee to be present at a meeting called by the Employer during the employee's scheduled working hours, time spent at such meeting shall be considered as time worked. 17.02 Any employee who is required to attend a meeting at the workplace outside of their assigned working hours shall be paid the greater of time actually spent at the meeting or two and one-half (2.5) hours' pay. Any employee who is required to attend a meeting virtually or by telephone outside of their assigned working hours shall be paid the greater of time actually spent in the meeting or one (1) hours’ pay.
