Meeting Attendance. The Contractor shall attend such meetings of the Town relative to the Scope of Work set forth in Exhibit A as may be requested by the Town. Any requirement made by the named representatives of the Town shall be given with reasonable notice to the Contractor so that a representative may attend.

28.02 It is understood that any dinner meetings called by the Co-operative will be in addition to the above, and no payment shall be considered as due for time spent by employees at such meeting, provided that dinner meetings are not on a compulsory basis.

Meeting Attendance. Resident acknowledges and agrees that he or she shall be required to be present at all mandatory meetings and/or events as determined by MRMC. These meetings and/or events shall include, but not be limited to, trainings, Medical Staff meetings, and other specified functions.
Meeting Attendance. The MCO must prepare for and send appropriate staff representatives to participate in all meetings and events when ODM requires MCO attendance and participation. Meetings may include but are not limited to technical assistance sessions, performance and compliance, systems configuration, provider network decisions, and policy and program development. The MCO must not record meetings or calls with or where ODM is present or participating without ODM’s express prior written approval. The word “record” has its commonly understood meaning and includes, for example and without limitation, inscribing or capturing words, statements, conversations, discussions, meetings, presentations, and phone calls using electronic or digital means or methods. The MCO must designate staff who are appropriately qualified and authorized to take actions or make decisions in the topic area. It is insufficient to send solely the MCO Contract Administrator to meetings and events that require specific subject matter expertise and authority (e.g., discussion of clinical topics, quality topics, program integrity).
Meeting Attendance. The Construction Manager shall attend all regular meetings with the Principal Representative and the Architect/Engineer and such additional meetings as the Principal Representative may request. All regular meetings shall be scheduled by the Architect/Engineer with the agreement of the Construction Manager and approval of the Principal Representative. All additional meetings shall be scheduled by the Principal Representative.
Meeting Attendance. The Safety Committee may invite outside resources with expertise in workplace safety.
Meeting Attendance. MANAGER shall attend SERS' Board meetings as SERS shall request to apprise SERS of its investment activities. MANAGER shall also attend special meetings and attend or conduct investment seminars when requested by SERS.
Meeting Attendance. The Principal/Coordinator of Instruction shall attend all monthly Board of Education meetings and Board Committee meetings as required by the Superintendent.
Meeting Attendance. All of the following meetings attended by employees, if they fall outside of their scheduled hours will be paid at overtime rates of one and one-half (1½) times their regular rate of pay: Health and Safety meetings, Mandatory Departmental meetings, Corporate VIP address, Peer Evaluation meetings, and Mandatory Training Programs and Horizontal Performance Teams. Such time may be banked or paid at the choice of the employee. Employees on their day off will not be disciplined for choosing not to attend such meetings.
