Payment for Personal Illness. (1) For each full calendar year (January 1 – December 31), payment for full or partial days scheduled in a normal week but not worked due to personal illness during the first seven (7) consecutive days will be paid on the following basis considering an employee’s Net Credited Service on the date of the absence:
