Payment for Time in 9. 1 1. If employees are normally scheduled to work and are required to work on such a day, they shall be paid straight time for such work within normal scheduled hours and given equivalent time off with pay, up to a maximum of normal scheduled hours, within the following six months. 2. If employees are not normally scheduled to work on such a day and are required to work, they shall be paid at the rate normally paid for overtime work. 3. Eligible shift employees on a seven-day coverage basis whose normal scheduled day off falls at such designated time, shall be allowed equivalent time off with pay, within the following six months.
