Payment for Transactions/Authorizations. On a daily basis, BNY Mellon will notify Stifel of the Transactions on your Ac- count of which BNY Mellon becomes aware. Stifel will make payments to Bank (via BNY Mellon) on your behalf on each Business Day that Stifel receives notice of the Transactions. BNY Mellon will notify Stifel at least once each business day of the daily total of Check, Card, and ACH Transactions to be made to or from your Account. Stifel will add to the Combined Asset Value of your Account the amount of any deposits in ac- cordance with its funds availability policy. Stifel will deduct the amount of any Transactions from the Combined Asset Value of your Account, in the following order of priority:

Stifel will make payments to Stifel Bank on your behalf on each Business Day that Stifel receives notice of the Transactions. Stifel will add to the Combined Asset Value of your Account the amount of any deposits in accordance with its funds availability policy.   • Dues Authorization Employees covered by the Certification shall as a condition of continuing employment authorize deductions from their monthly salary of union dues, or the amount equivalent to dues. Failure to authorize such deductions shall constitute cause for dismissal.

When the Service receives a Payment Instruction, you authorize the Service to debit your Eligible Transaction Account and remit funds on your behalf so that the funds arrive as close as reasonably possible to the Scheduled Payment Date designated by you. You also authorize the Service to credit your Eligible Transaction Account for payments returned to the Service by the United States Postal Service or Xxxxxx, or payments remitted to you on behalf of another authorized user of the Service. The Service will attempt to make all your payments properly. However, the Service shall incur no liability and any Service Guarantee (as described in Section 3 of the Bill Payment Terms) shall be void if the Service is unable to complete any payments initiated by you because of the existence of any one or more of the following circumstances:

  • Authorization, Etc This Agreement and the Notes have been duly authorized by all necessary corporate action on the part of the Company, and this Agreement constitutes, and upon execution and delivery thereof each Note will constitute, a legal, valid and binding obligation of the Company enforceable against the Company in accordance with its terms, except as such enforceability may be limited by (i) applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or other similar laws affecting the enforcement of creditors’ rights generally and (ii) general principles of equity (regardless of whether such enforceability is considered in a proceeding in equity or at law).

  • Authorization and payment If you use the card to purchase goods or services by instalments or to make payments on a recurring basis, you thereby authorize us to pay such instalments for you as they become due and you agree to make payment for each such instalment when we debit the same to your card account.

  • CORRUPT GIFTS AND PAYMENTS OF COMMISSION 31.1 The Contractor shall not do (and warrants that in entering the Contract it has not done) any of the following:

  • Authorization of Agreement This Agreement has been duly authorized, executed and delivered by the Company.

  • Card Information Updates and Authorizations If you have authorized a merchant to xxxx charges to your card on a recurring basis, it is your responsibility to notify the merchant in the event your card is replaced, your card information (such as card number and expiration date) changes, or the account associated with your card is closed. However, if your card is replaced or card information changes, you authorize us, without obligation on our part, to provide the updated card information to the merchant in order to permit the merchant to xxxx recurring charges to the card. You authorize us to apply such recurring charges to the card until you notify us that you have revoked authorization for the charges to your card. Your card is automatically enrolled in an information updating service. Through this service, your updated card information (such as card number and expiration date) may be shared with participating merchants to facilitate continued recurring charges. Updates are not guaranteed before your next payment to a merchant is due. You are responsible for making direct payment until recurring charges resume. To revoke your authorization allowing us to provide updated card information to a merchant, please contact us.

  • Authorization of Transaction The Buyer has full power and authority (including full corporate power and authority) to execute and deliver this Agreement and to perform its obligations hereunder. This Agreement constitutes the valid and legally binding obligation of the Buyer, enforceable in accordance with its terms and conditions.
