Payment for Vacation Leave at. Separation Any full-time employee leaving the service of the Police Department shall be entitled to pay for any accrued but unused vacation time. In the event of the death of a full-time employee, any accrued but unused vacation time shall be paid to the employee’s spouse or estate.
