Common use of Payment for Working Overtime (For the purposes of 17 Clause in Contracts

Payment for Working Overtime (For the purposes of 17. 1.1 this excludes casuals employed under sub-clause 12.3A of this Agreement). 17.1.1 For all hours worked outside ordinary hours Monday to Friday the rates of pay shall be double ordinary time rates. 17.1.2 Except as provided in this subclause or subclause 17.3 hereof in computing overtime each day’s work shall stand-alone. 17.1.3 For the purposes of this clause ordinary hours shall mean the hours worked in accordance with clause 13 or 14 of this Agreement.
