Payment in Cash of Accidental Death. Payment of the applicable amount for accidental death shall be made to the employees' personal representative for the benefit of the persons designated in, and according to the apportionment required by the Federal Employers Liability Act (45 U.S.C. 51 et seq., as amended) or if no such persons survive the employees, for the benefit of their estates.
