Payment in the Event of Early Termination. 1.3.1. Should the Agreement be terminated prior to its normal termination, as provided in section 12, payment of the Stipend and the Variable Payment will be made on a pro-rated basis for the period since the last Year-end, in the following manner:
Payment in the Event of Early Termination. (a) Termination by the Company Without Cause or in the Event of Executive’s Death. If the Company terminates the Executive’s employment before the end of the Term, other than for Cause, or if the Executive dies during the Term, the Company will pay the Executive, or his estate, as the case may be, the remaining Stay Bonus payments within (48) hours of the occurrence of the event triggering the payments.
Payment in the Event of Early Termination. In the event of early termination by District or Consultant, District shall pay Consultant for work completed up to termination on a pro-rata basis. Consultant shall submit a written accounting of time and expenses spent on completed work.
