Time and Expenses. Compensation for services rendered shall be paid on a time and expenses basis at the usual and customary rates for the services actually rendered, as stated in CONSULTANT’S Proposal, attached hereto as Attachment and by this reference incorporated herein, and shall not exceed $ . The rates stated in Attachment shall apply for all services provided throughout the term of this Agreement. Total compensation, including fees, expenses, and profit for services rendered by CONSULTANT shall not exceed the Maximum Total Payment Amount under this Agreement listed above.

Time and Expenses payments will be made according to the following: 5.1 Payments for TIME will be equivalent to the number of hours expended by each job classification multiplied by the applicable Billing Rate. Work will be performed by personnel with the lowest reasonable skill levels and hourly rates.
