Payment of Accrued But Unpaid Amounts. Within ten (10) business days after the Termination Date, Polaroid shall pay Executive:
(i) earned but unpaid compensation, including, without limitation, any unpaid portion of Executive's Bonus accrued with respect to the full calendar year ended prior to the Termination Date; and
(ii) all compensation previously deferred by Executive on a non-qualified basis but not yet paid.
Payment of Accrued But Unpaid Amounts. Within two (2) business days after a Change of Control, the Company shall pay the Executive (i) any unpaid portion of compensation previously earned by the Executive; and (ii) all compensation previously deferred by the Executive but not yet paid.
Payment of Accrued But Unpaid Amounts. Within five business days after ------------------------------------- the Termination Date, (i) all deferred compensation (including any deferrals and matches on those deferrals in the Company's Deferral of Executive Compensation Plan I or the Company's Deferral of Executive Compensation Plan II) shall become fully vested and (ii) the Company shall pay Executive, in cash, (A) any unpaid portion of Executive's Bonus accrued with respect to the full calendar year ended prior to the Termination Date; and (B) all unpaid deferred compensation of Executive.
Payment of Accrued But Unpaid Amounts. Within five (5) business days after the Termination Date, Elco shall pay Executive (i) any unpaid portion of Executive's Bonus accrued with respect to the full fiscal year ended prior to the Termination Date; and (ii) all compensation previously deferred by Executive but not yet paid.
Payment of Accrued But Unpaid Amounts. After the Termination Date, the Company shall pay Executive earned but unpaid compensation, not described above, including, without limitation, any unpaid portion of Executive's annual Bonus accrued with respect to the full fiscal year ended prior to the Termination Date, at the same time as it otherwise would have been paid.

(ii) all compensation previously deferred by the Executive on a non-qualified basis but not yet paid.
Payment of Accrued But Unpaid Amounts. Within ten (10) business days after the Termination Date, Polaroid shall pay you
(i) earned but unpaid compensation, including, without limitation, any unpaid portion of your Bonus accrued with respect to the full calendar year ended prior to the Termination Date; and (ii) all compensation previously deferred by you on a non- qualified basis but not yet paid.
Payment of Accrued But Unpaid Amounts. Within seven (7) business days after the Termination Date, Company shall pay Executive any unpaid portion of compensation previously earned by Executive.
Payment of Accrued But Unpaid Amounts. Within ten (10) business days after the Termination Date, Xxxxx shall pay Executive:
(i) earned but unpaid compensation, including, without limitation, any unpaid portion of the Executive’s Bonus accrued with respect to the full calendar year ended prior to the Termination Date; and
(ii) all compensation previously deferred by the Executive on a non-qualified basis but not yet paid.
Payment of Accrued But Unpaid Amounts. Within two (2) business days after the Merger Date, the Company shall pay the Executive any unpaid portion of compensation previously earned by the Executive.
