Services Fees The Fees are stated on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. Stripe may revise the Fees at any time. If Stripe revises the Fees for a Service that you are currently using, Stripe will notify you at least 30 days (or a longer period if Law requires) before the revised Fees apply to you.
Services Fee 5.1 The Transmission Services performed by TSO to Network User under this Standard Transmission Agreement are subject to the applicable Services fee calculated in accordance with attachment A of the Access Code for Transmission. In the event of any modification to the Regulated Tariffs, the Total Monthly Fee(s) and the Total Monthly Self-billing Fee(s) provided for in this Article 5.1 shall be adapted as from the calendar day of the entering into force of the modifications.

Administrative Support Services Fees Within forty-five (45) days of the end of each calendar quarter or at such other period as deemed appropriate by the Distributor, the Fund will make payments in the aggregate amount of up to 0.25% on an annual basis of the average during the period of the aggregate net asset value of the Shares computed as of the close of each business day (the “Service Fee”). Such Service Fee payments received from the Fund will compensate the Distributor for providing administrative support services with respect to Accounts. The administrative support services in connection with Accounts may include, but shall not be limited to, the administrative support services that a Recipient may render as described in Section 3(b)(i) below.
Payment of Fees All fees payable hereunder shall be paid on the dates due, in immediately available funds, to the Administrative Agent (or to the Issuing Lender, in the case of fees payable to it) for distribution, in the case of commitment fees and participation fees, to the Lenders entitled thereto. Fees paid shall not be refundable under any circumstances.

Payment of Fee The cash management fee referred to in Clause 9.1 (Fee Payable) shall only be payable to the Current Issuer Cash Manager on each Payment Date in the manner contemplated by, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Current Issuer Pre-Enforcement Revenue Priority of Payments or, as the case may be, the Current Issuer Post-Enforcement Priority of Payments.
Professional Services Fees You agree to pay us the professional services fees in the amounts set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy. You acknowledge that the fees stated in the Investment Summary are good-faith estimates of the amount of time and materials required for your implementation. We will bill you the actual fees incurred based on the in-scope services provided to you. Any discrepancies in the total values set forth in the Investment Summary will be resolved by multiplying the applicable hourly rate by the quoted hours.
License Fees If so provided in the Prospectus, the Depositor may enter into a Licensing Agreement (the "Agreement") with a licensor (the "Licensor") described in the Prospectus in which the Trust(s), as consideration for the licenses granted by the Licensor for the right to use its trademarks and trade names, intellectual property rights or for the use of databases and research owned by the Licensor, will pay a fee set forth in the Agreement to the applicable Licensor or the Depositor to reimburse the Depositor for payment of the expenses. If the Agreement provides for an annual license fee computed in whole or part by reference to the average daily net asset value of the Trust assets, for purpose of calculating the accrual of estimated expenses such annual fee shall accrue at a daily rate and the Trustee is authorized to compute an estimated license fee payment (i) until the Depositor has informed the Trustee that there will be no further deposits of additional Securities, by reference to an estimate of the average daily net asset value of the Trust assets which the Depositor shall provide the Trustee, (ii) thereafter and during the calendar quarter in which the last business day of the period described in clause (i) occurs, by reference to the net asset value of the Trust assets as of such last business day, and (iii) during each subsequent calendar quarter, by reference to the net asset value of the Trust assets as of the last business day of the preceding calendar quarter. The Trustee shall adjust the net asset value (Trust Fund Evaluation) as of the dates specified in the preceding sentence to account for any variation between accrual of estimated license fee and the license fee payable pursuant to the Agreement, but such adjustment shall not affect calculations made prior thereto and no adjustment shall be made in respect thereof. Processing Fees Developer shall pay all Processing Fees for Ministerial Permits and Approvals in the amount in effect when such Ministerial Permit and Approvals are sought.
