Payment of Claims A. If advance payment of all or a portion of the Grant funds is permitted by statute or regulation, and the State agrees to provide such advance payment, advance payment shall be made only upon submission of a proper claim setting out the intended purposes of those funds. After such funds have been expended, Grantee shall provide State with a reconciliation of those expenditures. Otherwise, all payments shall be made thirty five (35) days in arrears in conformance with State fiscal policies and procedures. As required by IC § 4-13-2-14.8, all payments will be by the direct deposit by electronic funds transfer to the financial institution designated by the Grantee in writing unless a specific waiver has been obtained from the Indiana Auditor of State.

If we cannot meet our obligations, you may be entitled to compensation from the Scheme. This will depend on the type of agreement you have with us and the circumstances of the claim. For example, the Scheme covers corporate sponsored nominees, individual savings accounts and share dealing. Most types of claims for FCA regulated business are covered for 100% of the first £50,000 per person. This limit is applicable to all assets with Equiniti FS. Compensation Claims (a) The Employer agrees to cooperate toward the prompt disposition of employee on-the-job injury claims. The Employer shall provide worker’s compensation protection for all employees even though not required by state law, or the equivalent thereof, if the injury arose out of or in the course of employment. No employee will be disciplined or threatened with discipline as a result of filing an on-the-job injury report. The Employer or its designee shall not visit an injured worker at his/her home, at a hospital or any location outside the employee’s home terminal without his/her consent.
Settlement of Claims The Company’s obligation to make the payments provided for in this Agreement and otherwise to perform its obligations hereunder shall not be affected by any circumstances, including, without limitation, any set-off, counterclaim, recoupment, defense or other right which the Company may have against the Executive or others.
Employment and Compensation The following terms and conditions will govern the Executive’s employment with the Company throughout the Term.
CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION The parties hereto agree that the employees covered by this Agreement shall be considered engaged in the type of work and classification as set forth on Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
Fees and Compensation Managers and Officers may receive such compensation and fees, if any, for their services, and such reimbursement for expenses, as may be determined by resolution of the Board.
WAGES AND COMPENSATION Section 1:
Payment of Compensation Consultant shall submit to City a monthly itemized statement which indicates work completed and hours of Services rendered by Consultant. The statement shall describe the amount of Services and supplies provided since the initial commencement date, or since the start of the subsequent billing periods, as appropriate, through the date of the statement. City shall, within 30 days of receiving such statement, review the statement and pay all approved charges thereon.
’ Compensation and Employer’s Liability The policy is required only if Contractor has employees. The policy must include workers’ compensation to meet minimum requirements of the California Labor Code, and it must provide coverage for employer’s liability bodily injury at minimum limits of $1,000,000 per accident or disease.
