Common use of Payment of Concession Fee Clause in Contracts

Payment of Concession Fee. 24.2.1 The Concession Fee and the Additional Concession Fee (if any) to be paid by the Concessionaire shall be due and payable within [15 (fifteen)] days of the commencement of the Accounting Year. Provided that the Concession Fee for the First Accounting Year shall be paid within [15 (fifteen)] days of the occurrence of the COD 24.2.2 The Concessionaire shall, with each payment of the Concession Fee and Additional Concession Fee submit: (a) a certificate that the amounts paid are correct and in accordance with the provisions of the Agreements; (b) details in respect of Taxes/duties payable/reimbursable in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; (c) details in respect of other Damages payable in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and
