Collection and appropriation of Fee. 27.1.1 On and from the COD till the Transfer Date, the Concessionaire shall have the sole and exclusive right to demand, collect and appropriate Fee from the Users subject to and in accordance with this Agreement and the Fee Notification set forth in discussion with UPSRTC.9
Collection and appropriation of Fee. 27.1.1 On and from the COD of Phase- I till the Transfer Date, the Concessionaire shall have the sole and exclusive right to demand, collect and appropriate Fee from the Patients either directly or from the Insurers/Government Instrumentality, as applicable under the Government Health Scheme and/or the Authority in accordance with this Agreement.
Collection and appropriation of Fee. On and from the Appointed Date of the Project till the Transfer Date, the Concessionaire shall have the sole and exclusive right to demand, collect and appropriate Fee from the market Patients directly and in respect of Select Patients and PPT Beneficiaries from the Authority and/or the relevant Insurer, subject to and in accordance with this Agreement.

Collection and appropriation of Fee. 1.39.1 The Lessee shall have the sole and exclusive right to demand, collect and appropriate tariff (“Fee”) from the tourists (“Users”) using the services of the Project Assets and the Project Facilities for the duration of the Lease Period or till the date of termination in accordance with this Agreement.
Collection and appropriation of Fee. 27.1.1 On and from the COD till the Transfer Date, the Concessionaire shall have the sole and exclusive right to demand, collect and appropriate Fee from the Users subject to and in accordance with this Agreement and the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008 read with National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Amendment Rules, 2010 issued vide Notification No. G.S.R. 950(E) dated 03.12.2010, National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Amendment Rules, 2011 issued vide Notification No. G.S.R. 15(E) dated 12.01.2011, National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Second Amendment Rules, 2011 issued vide Notification No. G.S.R. 756(E) dated 12.10.2011, National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Amendment Rules, 2013 issued vide Notification No. G.S.R. 778(E) dated 16.12.2013, National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Amendment Rules, 2014 issued vide Notification No. G.S.R. 26(E) dated 16.01.2014, National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Second Amendment Rules, 2014 issued vide Notification No G.S.R. 831 (E) dated 21.11.2014, National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Amendment Rules, 2015 issued vide Notification No. G.S.R. 220(E) dated 23.03.2015, and its subsequent amendments upto the Bid Due Date (the “Fee Rules”); provided that for ease of payment and collection, such Fee shall be rounded off to the nearest 5 (five) rupees in accordance with the Fee Rules; provided further that the Concessionaire may determine and collect Fee at such lower rates as it may, by public notice to the Users, specify in respect of all or any category of Users or vehicles.
Collection and appropriation of Fee. 27.1.1 On and from the COD and till the Transfer Date, the Concessionaire shall have the sole and exclusive right to demand, collect and appropriate Fee from the Users in accordance with this Agreement and the Fee Schedule set forth in Schedule-Q; provided that for ease of payment and collection, the total amount of Fee to be paid by a User shall be rounded off to the nearest Rs. 10 (Rupees ten); provided further that the Concessionaire may determine and collect Fee at such lower rates as it may, by public notice to the Users, specify in respect of all or any category of Users.
Collection and appropriation of Fee. 23.1.1 On and from the COD of the Project till the Transfer Date, the Concessionaire shall have the sole and exclusive right to demand, collect and appropriate User Fee from the Users of the Project Facilities, in accordance with this Agreement. Provided that for ease of payment and collections, such fee shall be rounded off to the nearest Re.1 (Rupee One).
Collection and appropriation of Fee. 22.1.1 On and from the COD till the Transfer Date, the Concessionaire shall have the sole and exclusive right to demand, collect and appropriate Fee from the Users in accordance with this Agreement and rates and provisions set forth in Schedule-M, provided that for ease of payment and collection, such Fee shall be rounded off to the nearest 5 (five) rupees in accordance with Fee Notification.
Collection and appropriation of Fee. 22.1.1. On and from the Appointed Date till the Transfer Date, the Concessionaire shall have the sole and exclusive right to demand and collect and appropriate Toll Fee from the Users subject to and in accordance with this Agreement.
