Payment of EAPs. Subject to any restrictions under the Act, upon receipt of a written direction on a prescribed form from the Subscriber to the Manager, EAPs will be paid from the assets of the Savings Account to or on behalf of the Benefciary at such time or times and in such amount or amounts as the Subscriber or the Benefciary directs, provided that:
