Educational Requirement. High School diploma, or high school equivalency diploma, and one year of experience in the program;
Educational Requirement. The Subscriber agrees that, prior to the enrolment of the Benefciary in any Post-Secondary Program of Study or Specifed Educational Program, the Subscriber and/or the Benefciary will ensure that such a program is provided at a Recognized Institution.

A Family Assistant will be advanced to a Family Assistant "A-I" upon satisfactorily completing 15 semester hours of approved college courses.
