Payment of Equity Dues. The Theatre agrees to deduct working dues as directed by Equity from the Artist's Contractual Fee and remit same to Equity in accordance with, and subject to, the terms and conditions of payment outlined in Clause 16:17, Remittances. When the Artist is on tour the working dues deduction shall be applied to the Contractual Fee only, and not to the per diem.
