Common use of Payment of Fee Clause in Contracts

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in CLAUSE 9.1 shall be paid to the Sixth Issuer Cash Manager in arrear on each Quarterly Interest Payment Date in the manner contemplated by and in accordance with the provisions of the Sixth Issuer Pre-Enforcement Revenue Priority of Payments or, as the case may be, the Sixth Issuer Post-Enforcement Priority of Payments.

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in CLAUSE Clause 9.1 shall be paid to the Sixth Ninth Issuer Cash Manager in arrear on each Quarterly Interest Payment Date in the manner contemplated by and in accordance with the provisions of the Sixth Ninth Issuer Pre-Enforcement Revenue Priority of Payments or, as the case may be, the Sixth Ninth Issuer Post-Enforcement Priority of Payments.
