Common use of Payment of Fee Clause in Contracts

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in CLAUSE 9.1 shall be paid to the Seventh Issuer Cash Manager in arrear on each Quarterly Interest Payment Date in the manner contemplated by and in accordance with the provisions of the Seventh Issuer Pre-Enforcement Revenue Priority of Payments or, as the case may be, the Seventh Issuer Post-Enforcement Priority of Payments.

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in CLAUSE 9.1 shall be paid to the Seventh Sixth Issuer Cash Manager in arrear on each Quarterly Interest Payment Date in the manner contemplated by and in accordance with the provisions of the Seventh Sixth Issuer Pre-Enforcement Revenue Priority of Payments or, as the case may be, the Seventh Sixth Issuer Post-Enforcement Priority of Payments.

Payment of Fee. The cash management fee referred to in CLAUSE Clause 9.1 shall be paid to the Seventh Ninth Issuer Cash Manager in arrear on each Quarterly Interest Payment Date in the manner contemplated by and in accordance with the provisions of the Seventh Ninth Issuer Pre-Enforcement Revenue Priority of Payments or, as the case may be, the Seventh Ninth Issuer Post-Enforcement Priority of Payments.
