Common use of Payment of Landlord’s Expenses Clause in Contracts

Payment of Landlord’s Expenses. If at any time an action is brought for recovery of possession of the Demised Premises, or the recovery of Basic Rent or any part; or because of a breach by act or omission of any other covenant herein contained on the part of the Tenant, and a breach is established, the Tenant shall pay to the Landlord all expenses incurred by the Landlord in the enforcement of its rights and remedies hereunder, including all solicitor's fees.
