Payment of License Fee, Merchandising Fee, and Broadcast Fee. Licensee shall pay a license fee (the “License Fee”) equal to the tier structure outline below: • Twenty-Three Thousand Dollars ($23,000) for up to Five Hundred and Fifty (550) people (meals). • Twenty-Four Thousand Dollars ($24,000) for between Five Hundred and Fifty One (551) people (meals) to Six Hundred (600) people (meals). • Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) for between Six Hundred and One (601) people (meals) to Six Hundred and Fifty (650) people (meals). ▪ Should the attendance exceed Six Hundred and Fifty (650) people (meals), the license fee would stay the same, but food and beverage would charge the Licensee Twenty-two Dollars and Four Cents ($22.04) per plate in 2019. ▪ There will be standard Three Percent (3%) increase each year for the per plate meals over 650 people, which would make the per plate meal Twenty-Two Dollars and Seventy Cents ($22.70) in 2020. ▪ If BB&T Arena has to rent any additional equipment for an attendance over Six Hundred and Fifty (650) people (meals), the Licensee will be charged for those specific additional equipment rentals.   • License Fee The Licensee to shall make payment of the License Fee to Licensor on the date of this Agreement. All rights granted to Licensee by Producer in the Beat are conditional upon Licensee’s timely payment of the License Fee. The License Fee is a one-time payment for the rights granted to Licensee and this Agreement is not valid until the License Fee has been paid.

  • License Fees If so provided in the Prospectus, the Depositor may enter into a Licensing Agreement (the "Agreement") with a licensor (the "Licensor") described in the Prospectus in which the Trust(s), as consideration for the licenses granted by the Licensor for the right to use its trademarks and trade names, intellectual property rights or for the use of databases and research owned by the Licensor, will pay a fee set forth in the Agreement to the applicable Licensor or the Depositor to reimburse the Depositor for payment of the expenses. The Trustee shall adjust the net asset value (Trust Fund Evaluation) as of the dates specified in the preceding sentence to account for any variation between accrual of estimated license fee and the license fee payable pursuant to the Agreement, but such adjustment shall not affect calculations made prior thereto and no adjustment shall be made in respect thereof.
