Payment of Monies and Benefits. The payments described in Section 4.6.1(i) shall be paid to the Executive in a lump sum on the Company’s or its successor’ next regular payday, if applicable, or within thirty (30) days of the date of termination, whichever is earlier, and shall be subject to withholding for applicable taxes and any other legally required or previously agreed payroll deductions. Any payment described in Sections 4.6.1(ii) and (iii) shall be paid to the Executive in a lump sum within thirty (30) days, but no sooner than eight (8) days after the Executive returns an executed copy of any release of claims provided by the Company (provided that such release be delivered to the Executive within seven (7) days or less following termination) and shall be subject to withholdings of applicable taxes and any other legally required or previously agreed payroll deductions.
