Payment of One-Time Entry Fee. Following the Third Amended WJDA Effective Date, SPP will invoice PSCo $435,863.00, Black Hills Colorado Electric, LLC $25,254.00, and Platte River Power Authority $38,883.00, representing their respective shares of the total PSCo BA Participants’ One-Time Entry Fee of $500,000.00, and each will make payment to SPP within ten (10) business days of receipt. This payment shall constitute PSCo’s New XXXX Participant Incremental Cost Recovery Charge (“NWPICR”) and is non-refundable.

  • Late Payment Fee If your account is subject to a Late Payment Fee, the fee will be charged to your account when you do not make the required minimum payment by or within the number of days of the statement Payment Due Date set forth on the Disclosure accompanying this Agreement.

  • In Charge Allowance (a) A registered nurse who is designated to be in charge during the day, evening or night of a residential aged care facility shall be paid in addition to his or her appropriate salary, whilst so in charge, the per shift allowance set out in Item 8 (for less than 100 beds) or Item 9 (for 100 or more beds) of Table 2 of Schedule B to this Agreement.
