Recovery Charge definition

Recovery Charge means the assessments described in Section 5;
Recovery Charge means the amount of the development charge under this By-law toward the reimbursement of the Early Payments;

Recovery Charge means any Charge payable by Customer for early termination or failure to meet commercial commitments as set out in the Customer Agreement. Related to Recovery Charge
