Common use of Payment of Part-Time, Temporary and Casual Teachers Clause in Contracts

Payment of Part-Time, Temporary and Casual Teachers. (a) Subject to paragraph 8.3 (b), a Part-Time Teacher, including a temporary Part- Time Teacher, will be paid at the same rate as a Full-Time Teacher with the same classification, but in that proportion which the number of hours which are normal teaching hours bear to the hours which a Full-Time Teacher at the school is normally required to teach.
