Payment of Premium and Effective Date. A. All Eligible Retirees will have the opportunity to apply for coverage. In order to be eligible for retiree benefits, the Eligible Retiree must have continuous coverage from their former group's benefit schedule. All applications submitted to Blue Cross of Idaho now or in the future, must be for Eligible Retirees or Eligible Dependents only.
