Payment of Shipping Costs. The Affiliate Organization will pay all freight, shipment, insurance and other transportation expenses related to the shipment of the Microchips to the location specified by the Affiliate Organization.

Shipping Costs All items must be bid Freight On Board Destination (hereinafter FOB). This does not include hardware items being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Actual shipping costs will apply to items shipped Alaska or Hawaii.
SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS All delivered Equipment and Products must be properly packaged. Damaged Equipment and Products may be rejected. If the damage is not readily apparent at the time of delivery, Supplier must permit the Equipment and Products to be returned within a reasonable time at no cost to Sourcewell or its Participating Entities. Participating Entities reserve the right to inspect the Equipment and Products at a reasonable time after delivery where circumstances or conditions prevent effective inspection of the Equipment and Products at the time of delivery. In the event of the delivery of nonconforming Equipment and Products, the Participating Entity will notify the Supplier as soon as possible and the Supplier will replace nonconforming Equipment and Products with conforming Equipment and Products that are acceptable to the Participating Entity. Supplier must arrange for and pay for the return shipment on Equipment and Products that arrive in a defective or inoperable condition. Sourcewell may declare the Supplier in breach of this Contract if the Supplier intentionally delivers substandard or inferior Equipment or Products.
Payment of Charges All amounts chargeable to Borrower under Section 6 hereof shall be Obligations secured by all of the Collateral, shall be payable on demand and shall bear interest from the date such advance was made until paid in full at the rate applicable to Revolving Credit Loans from time to time.
Payment of GST If GST is payable on any supply made by a Party (or any entity through which that Party acts) (Supplier) under or in connection with this Agreement, the recipient will pay to the Supplier an amount equal to the GST payable on the supply.
Training Costs All costs and expenses incurred by the Contractor in training as is required under Article 22 of the Contract.
BILLING AND PAYMENT OF CHARGES 8.1 Unless otherwise stated, each Party will render monthly xxxx(s) to the other for Interconnection, Resale Services, Network Elements, functions, facilities, products and services provided hereunder at the rates set forth in the applicable Appendix Pricing, as set forth in applicable tariffs or other documents specifically referenced herein and, as applicable, as agreed upon by the Parties or authorized by a Party.
Calculation of Charges Contractor shall provide an invoice to the City on a monthly basis for goods delivered and/or Services completed in the immediate preceding month, unless a different schedule is set out in Appendix B, “Calculation of Charges.” Compensation shall be made for goods and/or Services identified in the invoice that the City, in his or her sole discretion, concludes has been satisfactorily performed. In no event shall the amount of this Agreement exceed [insert whole dollar amount in numbers and words -- no pennies and no “.00”]. The breakdown of charges associated with this Agreement appears in Appendix B, “Calculation of Charges.” A portion of payment may be withheld until conclusion of the Agreement if agreed to by both Parties as retainage, described in Appendix B. In no event shall City be liable for interest or late charges for any late payments. City will not honor minimum service order charges for any services covered by this Agreement.
Payment of Dues Blue Shield of California offers a variety of op- tions and methods by which you may pay your dues. Xxx 00000 Xxx Xxxxxxx, XX 00000-0000 Additional dues may be charged in the event that a state or any other taxing authority im- poses upon Blue Shield a tax or license fee which is calculated upon base dues or Blue Shield's gross receipts or any portion of either. Benefits designed to cover cost-sharing amounts under Medicare will be changed auto- matically to coincide with any changes in the applicable Medicare-determined Deductible and coinsurance amounts. Dues may be modi- fied to correspond with such changes. Dues are determined based on age of the Sub- xxxxxxx, subject to the right reserved by Blue Shield to modify these dues with at least sixty (60) days notice as set forth in this Agreement.
PAYMENT OF WAGES AND ALLOWANCES 25.01 The Employer shall pay salaries and wages bi-weekly in accordance with Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part of this Agreement. On each pay day, each Employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of his/her wages and deductions. Deficiencies in an Employee’s pay in excess of $50.00 shall be paid by way of an advance within three (3) days of advising the Employer.
Operating Costs The Assuming Institution agrees, during its period of use of any Leased Data Management Equipment, to pay to the Receiver or to appropriate third parties at the direction of the Receiver all operating costs with respect thereto and to comply with all relevant terms of any existing Leased Data Management Equipment leases entered into by the Failed Bank, including without limitation the timely payment of all rent, taxes, fees, charges, maintenance, utilities, insurance and assessments.
