Payment of Stipend Positions. 1. Teachers receiving stipends will have the option of receiving those stipends in one lump sum, or having payments spread out over five (5) pay periods (for seasonal activities) or over the entire school year (for year-round activities). Seasonal stipend payments will occur on the following dates: Fall: September 25, October 9, 23, and November 6, 20 Winter: December 4, 18 and January 1, 15, 29 Spring: March 26, April 9, 23, and May 7, 21 (Dates will be adjusted accordingly every year.)

All such payments will be measured by the Schedule of Values established as provided in the General Conditions (and in the case of Unit Price Work based on the number of units completed) or, in the event there is no Schedule of Values, as provided elsewhere in the Contract.
