Pay Periods definition

Pay Periods means regular intervals for payment of employees referred to in section 43;
Pay Periods means the number of calendar pay periods that the Class
Pay Periods. Any time worked during the 1st through the 15th of any month will be paid on the last day of the month payroll. Any time worked during the 16th through the last day of the month, will be paid on the 15th of the next month. If the 15th or the end of the month falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the pay date will be the Friday before.

Examples of Pay Periods in a sentence

  • An Individual PAGA Payment calculated by: (a) dividing the Net Settlement Amount by the total number of PAGA Pay Periods worked by all PAGA Members during the PAGA Period; and (b) multiplying the result by each PAGA Members’ PAGA Pay Periods.

  • Likewise, the Parties agreed that $20,000 will be allocated to settle the PAGA claim, with $15,000 to be paid to the LWDA, and the remaining $5,000 to be distributed to the Participating PAGA Members based upon their proportionate Pay Periods during the PAGA Period.

More Definitions of Pay Periods

Pay Periods. The successive two (2) calendar week periods of time which begin at 12:01 a.m. on Sunday and extend through 12:00 midnight of the second succeeding Saturday.
