Payment of the Scholarship. 8.1 We agree to pay the Scholarship Benefits in accordance with the Scholarship Details. 8.2 We may by notice withhold payment of any amount of the Scholarship Benefits where We: (a) determine that an overpayment of Scholarship Benefits has occurred for any reason, including where a payment has been made in error; (b) reasonably believe that You have not complied with this Agreement; or (c) reasonably believe that You are unable to undertake Your Scholarship Program. 8.3 A notice under clause 8.2 will contain the reasons for any payment being withheld and the steps that You can take to address those reasons.
