Payment of Transaction Fees. 4.4.1 Subject to satisfaction of the conditions precedent to the payment of the Transaction Fees referred to in clause 4, the Lessor agrees to pay the Arrangement Fee to the Arranger, the Lease Fee to Sovereign Finance Plc and the Legal Fee to Messrs Norton Rose.
