Authorised Instruction definition

Authorised Instruction means any instruction, order or request received by RBCIS from an Authorised Person (including but not limited to a Standing Mandate Trade Instruction);
Authorised Instruction means a message or instruction (which may be in electronic form), in the prescribed format, containing the information and meeting the other requirements specified by us from time to time, from you to us requesting that we execute an Outward Payment.

  • The Custodian is under no duty to question any Authorised Instruction.

  • The Client’s Digital Assets that are staked and the Staking Rewards earned are subsequently transferred back to the Client’s vault and (unless further staking is facilitated) to the Client’s corresponding Wallet where they are stored until an Authorised Instruction for withdrawal is received and verified.

Authorised Instruction. : means a communication in writing duly signed or otherwise authorised, confirmed or verified by an Authorised Person and received by the Custodian from the Attorney by swift or fax, relating to the Cash Accounts, and containing all information requested or required to carry out the relevant instruction.
