Common use of Payment of Vacation Upon Severance or Termination Clause in Contracts

Payment of Vacation Upon Severance or Termination. Upon resignation or termination, the employee shall be paid for any accrued and unused vacation credit up to 21 days (168 hours) at their current rate of pay. Unused carry-over days are not compensable upon termination of employment. Any unaccrued vacation days that were used prior to the termination date shall be re-paid to the College.
