Payment to Banks. Whenever any Issuing Bank receives a payment in respect of a Reimbursement Obligation as to which the Administrative Agent has received, for the account of such Issuing Bank, any payments from the Banks pursuant to Section 3.05, such Issuing Bank will promptly pay to the Administrative Agent, and the Administrative Agent will promptly pay to each Bank that has paid its Pro Rata Share thereof, in immediately available funds, an amount equal to such Bank’s Pro Rate Share of such Reimbursement Obligation.
Payment to Banks. Each Bank's Pro Rata Part of payment or prepayment of the Loans shall be directed by wire transfer to such Bank by the Agent at the address provided to the Agent for such Bank for payments no later than 2:00 p.m., Dallas, Texas, time on the Business Day such payments or prepayments are deemed hereunder to have been received by Agent; provided, however, in the event that any Bank shall have failed to make an Advance as contemplated under Section 2 hereof (a "Defaulting Bank") and the Agent or another Bank or Banks shall have made such Advance, payment received by Agent for the account of such Defaulting Bank or Banks shall not be distributed to such Defaulting Bank or Banks until such Advance or Advances shall have been repaid in full to the Bank or Banks who funded such Advance or Advances. Any payment or prepayment received by Agent at any time after 12:00 noon, Dallas, Texas, time on a Business Day shall be deemed to have been received on the next Business Day. Interest shall cease to accrue on any principal as of the end of the day preceding the Business Day on which any such payment or prepayment is deemed hereunder to have been received by Agent. If Agent fails to transfer any principal amount to any Bank as provided above, then Agent shall promptly direct such principal amount by wire transfer to such Bank.

Payment to Banks. Each payment received by the Administrative Agent under this Agreement or any Note for account of a Bank shall be paid promptly to such Bank, in immediately available funds, for account of such Bank’s Applicable Lending Installation for the Loan in respect of which such payment is made.
Payment to Banks. Promptly after receipt from the Borrower of any principal repayment of any Loan, any interest due thereunder, and any other interest or fees or other amounts due under any of the Loan Documents, the Agent shall distribute to each Bank in immediately available funds that Bank's Commitment Percentage of the funds so received, provided that in the event payments are received by 11:00 a.m., Pittsburgh time, by the Agent with respect to the Loans and such payments are not distributed to the Banks on the same day received by the Agent, the Agent shall pay the Banks the Federal Funds Rate with respect to the amount of such payments for each day held by the Agent and not distributed to the Banks.

Each Bank's Pro Rata Part of payment or prepayment of the Revolving Loans shall be directed by wire transfer to such Bank by the Agent at the address provided to the Agent for such Bank for payments no later than 2:00 p.m., Chicago, Illinois, time on the Business Day such payments or prepayments are deemed hereunder to have been received by Agent; provided, however, in the event that any Bank shall have failed to make an Advance as contemplated under Section 2 hereof (a "Defaulting Bank") and the Agent or another Bank or Banks shall have made such Advance, payment received by Agent for the account of such Defaulting Bank or Banks shall not be distributed to such Defaulting Bank or Banks until such Advance or Advances shall have been repaid in full to the Bank or Banks who funded such Advance or Advances. Payment to Banks. Payment to the Agent for the benefit of the applicable parties of all accrued and unpaid fees, if any, under the Original Credit Agreement.
Payment to Banks. Upon receipt by the Agent of any payment from the Borrower in respect of such Banks’ obligations, the Agent shall promptly deliver to each Bank its Pro Rata share of such payment. When possible, such delivery shall be accomplished in such a manner so as to allow each Bank to receive its Pro Rata share of such payment in immediately available funds on the same day that the funds representing payment due from the Borrower are collected funds in the possession of the Agent. It is understood that the Borrower has no obligation to the Banks to ensure that the Agent forwards to each Bank its Pro Rata share of any such payment.
Payment to Banks.
