Payment Upon Separation Prohibited. Any employee who is discharged or who terminates employment shall receive payment for accrued vacation credit with their final pay check; PROVIDED, they have given two (2) weeks’ notice of intent to terminate. An employee who quits without giving two (2) weeks’ notice as required in this article will forfeit all vacation benefits.
