Payments Due on Days other than Business Days. If a payment day is not a Business Day at the place of payment, then payment may be made at that place on the next Business Day and no interest shall accrue for the intervening period.

Payments Due on Days other than Business Days. In any case where the date of maturity of principal of or interest, if any, on the Bonds or the date fixed for redemption of any Bonds is not a Business Day, then payment of principal or interest, if any, need not be made on such date but may be made on the next succeeding Business Day with the same force and effect as if made on the date of maturity or the date fixed for redemption, and no interest, if any, shall continue to accrue for the period after such date.

  • Non-Business Days If an Interest Period would otherwise end on a day which is not a Business Day, that Interest Period will instead end on the next Business Day in that calendar month (if there is one) or the preceding Business Day (if there is not).
