Payments & Fees for Reseller Purchases. In the event access to the ForgeRock Identity Cloud is purchased hereunder through an Authorized Reseller, Customer’s obligation to pay shall be as described in a separate agreement to pay such Authorized Reseller. Customer acknowledges, that in addition to all other remedies under the law, the Authorized Reseller may be entitled to terminate any access granted hereunder for a breach of such separate agreement with Customer (e.g. a failure to pay for such Identities).
