Payments for Directive Letter Work. If the Department issues a Directive Letter to the Developer pursuant to Section 14.02(d), the Developer will continue to perform the Work and Department will continue to satisfy its payment obligations to Developer pending the final resolution of any dispute or disagreement between Developer and Department pursuant to the dispute resolution procedures set forth in Article 21.
