Payments from Current Revenues. Payments made by the Participating Entity in meeting its obligations under this Agreement shall be made from current revenue funds available to the governing body of the Participating Entity. Payments made by the County in meeting its obligations under this Agreement shall be made from current budget or revenue available to the County.
