Common use of Payments from the Gross Settlement Amount Clause in Contracts

Payments from the Gross Settlement Amount. Within 14 days after Defendants fund the Gross Settlement Amount, the Administrator will mail checks for all Individual Class Payments, the Administration Expenses Payment, the Class Counsel Fees Payment, the Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment, and the Class Representative Service Payment. Disbursement of the Class Counsel Fees Payment, the Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment and the Class Representative Service Payment shall not precede disbursement of Individual Class Payments.

Disbursement of the Class Counsel Attorneys’ Fees Payment, the Class Counsel and Litigation Expenses Payment Costs and the Class Representative Service Payment shall not precede disbursement of Individual Class Payments and Individual PAGA Payments.
