PAYOUT OF UNUSED ACCRUED SICK LEAVE UPON TERMINATION. On lawful termination of employment under this Agreement an employee with sick leave accrued under the terms of this Agreement, which has not been taken, shall be paid the amount of outstanding sick leave hours at his ordinary rate of pay as prescribed by Clause 4. - Wages and Classifications of this Agreement.

(a) On lawful termination of his/her employment under this Agreement an employee with sick leave accrued under the terms of this Agreement, which has not been taken, shall be paid the amount of outstanding sick leave hours at his ordinary rate of pay as prescribed by Clause 43. - Wages and Classifications of this Agreement.
(b) An employee dismissed for serious misconduct is not entitled to any payment which he may have otherwise been due under the terms of sub-clause 20(6)(a).
