Payroll Deduction Authorization. Persons serving in positions listed in Appendix A shall, within 30 days of the effective date of this agreement or within 30 days of their employment date, whichever is later, either join CSEA by executing a payroll deduction authorization form for payment of dues or choose to pay a service fee by executing a service fee deduction authorization form for the payment of a service fee.
