Common use of PCI Language Clause in Contracts

PCI Language. All of Contractor’s systems and components that process, store, or transmit Cardholder Data shall comply with the most recent version of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (“PCI DSS”) promulgated by the PCI Security Standards Council, available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/document_library. The Contractor shall, upon request, provide the State with Contractor’s current Attestation of Compliance signed by a PCI QSA (“Qualified Security Assessor”). For purposes of this sub-section, “Cardholder Data” has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/document_library.
