Peer Assistance and Review Program. 22.701 This Article is intended to implement the provisions of Education Code § 44500 et seq., Peer Assistance and Review Program (PAR), as it may be amended, and any applicable regulations. The parties agree that the focus of the Peer Assistance and Review Program (PAR) shall be to provide assistance not to evaluate.
