Common use of Peer Evaluators Clause in Contracts

Peer Evaluators. 6.5.2.2.1 One tenured Unit Member selected by the evaluatee and mutually acceptable to the immediate supervisor. 6.5.2.2.2 One tenured Unit Member selected by full-time Unit Members within the same department or closely related discipline. 6.5.2.2.3 One tenured Unit Member selected by the Academic Senate in each of the four years. 6.5.2.2.4 Each year, prior to September 15, the evaluatees, departments, and Academic Senate will choose all peer evaluators needed to serve on the evaluation committees.
