PENALTY REVENUE. All amounts collected by KMLP for penalties, commencing with the in- service date of KMLP's System facilities, shall be determined for each annual period ending December 31 and distributed, through a credit to current xxxxxxxx wherever feasible, within ninety (90) days after each December 31 (the initial period shall be the partial annual period commencing with the in-service date of facilities and ending on the ensuing December 31). For purposes of this Section 9.3, penalties shall include Unauthorized Gas Charges, Balancing Service Charges and charges for failure to comply with an Operational Flow Order (including during a Critical Time).   • THIRD-PARTY REVENUE Subrecipient shall make every reasonable effort to obtain all available reimbursement from third parties (e.g., insurers), for which persons served hereunder may be eligible. All such third-party reimbursements received by Subrecipient shall be reported to County in the format required by County. The amount of such third-party reimbursements shall be deducted from County’s maximum obligation hereunder.

  • Reimbursable Expenses; Maximum Total Payment; Invoicing District will make no payment until this Contract is fully executed by the authorized representatives of both parties.

  • Non-allowable Grant Expenditures The Grantee agrees to expend all grant funds received under this agreement solely for the purposes for which they were authorized and appropriated. Expenditures shall be in compliance with the state guidelines for allowable project costs as outlined in the Department of Financial Services’ Reference Guide for State Expenditures, incorporated by reference (dated February 2011), which are available online at xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/xxxxxxxxx_xxxxx. In addition, the following are not allowed as grant or matching expenditures:

  • Minimum Payment Due Your Minimum Payment Due is listed on your Statement and equals the lesser of: • the amount of your New Balance, or • the greater of: • $30, or • 3% of the amount you owe, or • the sum of Finance Charges accrued since the last Billing Cycle (including Interest Charges and Transaction Fees), plus any Penalty Fees, Annual Fees (if applicable), and one-time fees that have been posted to your Account, plus 1% of the amount you owe. Making only the Minimum Payment Due will increase the amount of interest you pay and the time it takes to repay your balance.

  • EXPENSE PAYMENTS The Owner hereby gives power to the Agent to pay expenses and costs for the Property from the Owner’s funds held by the Agent, unless otherwise directed by the Owner. The expenses and costs may include, but are not limited to, property management compensation, fees and charges, expenses for goods and services, property taxes and other taxes, association or condominium dues, assessments, loan payments, and insurance premiums.

  • Minimum Interest Charge If the interest charge for all balances on your Credit Card account is less than $1.00, we will charge you the Minimum Interest Charge shown on page 1. This charge is in lieu of any interest charge.

  • Quarterly Payments H3.15 The quarterly payment cannot be increased in cases of target over-achievement.   • Current Revenue The funds distributed hereunder shall be paid solely from lawfully available funds of the SEDC. Under no circumstances shall the obligations hereunder be deemed to create any debt within the meaning of any constitutional or statutory provision. None of the obligations under this Agreement shall be pledged or otherwise encumbered in favor of any commercial lender and/or similar financial institution.
