Common use of PENOLOGICAL FACTOR ALLOWANCE Clause in Contracts

PENOLOGICAL FACTOR ALLOWANCE. 40.01 A Penological Factor Allowance shall be payable to incumbents in some positions in the bargaining unit which are in the Correctional Service Canada, subject to the conditions set forth in Appendix “E” to this Agreement.
