Pension Credit and Group Insurance. Pension credit and group insurance coverage to continue on the basis of the pre-injury salary including contact allowance, salary adjustments from step progression or pay increases during the period of temporary absence, subject to payment of appropriate premiums based on the pre-injury salary rate or adjusted rate because of step progression or pay increases, provided this proposal reflects the current practice and does not violate the Workers' Compensation Act.
