Compliance with Health and Safety Legislation. The Employer shall comply with all applicable federal, provincial and municipal health and safety legislation and regulations. All standards established under the legislation and regulations shall constitute minimum acceptable practice to be improved upon by agreement of the Union/Employer Health and Safety Committee or negotiations with the Union.

Compliance with Health and Safety Legislation. NPS South West Ltd will observe all laws and bylaws relating to Health and Safety Legislation in its duties as managing agent to the Devon Maintenance Partnership 2010 - 2015 Agreement.
